Does any1 know how much it costs to complete the Creative Nails foundation course?

I am interested in completing the Creative Nail Course but am a total beginner, was just wondering if anyone knew how much it was cost to start from scratch, and if this is the right qualification to go for?

Actually, the company is now known as CND. They changed that only recently - during the past year or so. If you have no training, then you need to be looking at getting into an accredited nail training program prior to taking any educational offerings from any of the professional nail companies such as CND and others. Once enrolled in a program, you can then take classes with CND. They prefer that you are first licensed, but they do acept students into their classes. But, you wouldn't really would have a difficult time understanding the class material until you have learned the basics. And the way to do that - of course, is by enrolling in a nail training program. In short, that is where it all begins. Look in your area for one, I'm sure that there is somethign available. Many cosmetology schools have seperate nail programs, as do some community colleges. There are also schools that teach nails and nothing else. Sure, they aren't much fun and it really depends on the particular school, but most don't teach you a whole lot more than what is required to pass your state boards (licensing). The quality of education you receive varies widely from school to school, with some being much better than others. Look into as many as you can before deciding on any one particular program. Any class through Creative Nail Design will require that you be a licensed professional. Of course I guess that depends on the state you live in.

If you are a beginner, take all the classes you can find. You won't learn much in beauty college ( at least I didn't here in California). Also, find a seasoned professional that might be willing to mentor you.
